The role

At Magnum, we create more than ice cream—we create indulgent experiences.

As part of our Global Consumer & Market Insights team, you’ll help uncover the consumer truths that shape our brand, while exploring how digital and AI can unlock the next generation of insights.

As an intern in the Global Magnum Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) team, you will spend the majority of your time supporting core CMI initiatives—helping to understand consumer behavior and translate insights into impactful business recommendations. In addition, you will contribute to selected projects within the Digital Insights & Enablement agenda, focusing on the use of digital platforms, AI, and connected data sources to enhance how insights are generated and applied.

Working in a small and highly collaborative team, you will partner closely with CMI, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders, as well as external agency partners, giving you strong exposure and ownership from the start.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Within the Magnum CMI team, you will:

  • Support the design and execution of consumer research projects to understand consumer behavior and key business questions
  • Assist in analyzing and visualizing research results (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Translate data into clear consumer insights and concise, compelling stories for stakeholders
  • Contribute to projects across key marketing topics such as campaign testing, product and pack development, and brand understanding
  • Explore consumer trends and gather relevant data across markets to inform decision-making
  • Help synthesize multiple data sources (e.g. research, retail, and brand tracking data) into integrated insights
  • Collaborate with the Magnum marketing team and external research agencies to support ongoing projects

In addition, within Digital Insights & Enablement, you will:

  • Support the rollout and activation of frameworks such as Demand Moments by translating them into practical tools, templates, and guidance
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of digital and AI-enabled insight platforms
  • Create clear, user-friendly materials (e.g. playbooks, presentations, case studies) to improve accessibility and impact of insights
  • Support stakeholder engagement through meetings, workshops, and follow-ups to improve adoption and usability

We’re looking for someone who

  • You are available for 5 to 6 months starting September 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week).
  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program.
  • Has a strong interest in consumer insights, marketing, and digital research/AI
  • Demonstrates a strong analytical and critical thinking mindset, and is comfortable working with data from multiple sources
  • Is able to connect the dots and translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • Has strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging outputs
  • Is comfortable working with digital tools and shows curiosity towards AI-enabled platforms
  • Has a proactive attitude and is comfortable taking ownership of tasks and following up independently
  • Is organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
