• Last year of your Bachelor or Master (HBO or Uni) 
• Excellent communication skills in the English language, both verbally and in writing 
• Knowledge of French, German, Swedish, Chinese is a plus 
• Living in the Amsterdam area

• Learn all the tactics of sourcing candidates 
• Approach candidates via various (online) channels 
• Research markets within the Renewable Energy 
• Source candidates for dedicated vacancies supporting our Consultants

At CGS you will have the opportunity to learn everything about the Renewable Energy market and what is necessary to become a 360 headhunter. You will be onboarded by our People Team and guided by our Consultants whom you will support with your work. You may join and participate in all group trainings and presentations.
