About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:

1. Undertake Dutch translation tasks for JD Joybuy, covering but not limited to: marketing materials, advertisements, in-app notifications, app functions, translations of 3rd-party (3P) merchant pages tailored for the Dutch market, system function descriptions, and product information on platform pages.

2. Collaborate with the AI team to lead the development and optimization of multilingual translation large models.

3. Demonstrate independence, proactivity, accountability, and a hardworking mindset in work processes; proactively identify issues and propose solutions.

4. As the multilingual team is a newly established unit, you will have the opportunity to participate in building and optimizing business process mechanisms to ensure smooth operations. This includes: organizing project workflows, coordinating functional responsibilities, advancing project progress, and driving project implementation.

5. Given the large number of cross-departmental collaborators in the multilingual team, you are required to possess strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

About You

• Currently enrolled in a university with at least six months remaining until graduation (MUST)

• Bachelor degree or above in marketing or any related majors are preferred

• Proficiency in Dutch, with excellent English fluency and the ability to perform Dutch-to-English translation

• Skilled in using office tools such as Excel with strong abilities in information collection and data analysis.

• Sharp insight, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
