About JD Young Internship
The JD Young Internship Program aims to cultivate young talent by providing opportunities to enhance their professional skills and accelerate their growth. It is also designed to identify high-potential candidates suited for the JD Star Program.

Job Responsibilities
1. Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
2. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, sales, product) to ensure smooth campaign delivery
3. Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and prepare basic analysis reports
4. Maintain marketing materials library and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
5. Support market research activities and competitor analysis
6. Help optimize marketing workflows and operational efficiency
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026 (any major, marketing/business-related preferred)
2. Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus
3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
4. Good communication and teamwork abilities
5. Basic understanding of marketing principles (coursework or internships are beneficial)
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools is a bonus
7. Proactive attitude, quick learner, and able to work under pressure
