Recognition Outreach Intern

As a Recognition Outreach Intern, you will support Studyportals' Recognition Outreach projects, helping higher education institutions worldwide recognize English language tests and other qualifications. You will work closely with strategic partnerships, client success, and marketing teams while gaining hands-on experience in international education, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and client relationship management.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Support outreach campaigns to universities and higher education institutions worldwide. 
• Assist with researching institutions and identifying recognition opportunities. 
• Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and project progress in CRM systems. 
• Help coordinate communication between clients and educational institutions. 
• Support reporting, data collection, and recognition tracking activities. 
• Assist with organizing webinars, events, and recognition campaigns. 
• Maintain accurate records in recognition databases and internal systems. 
• Collaborate with Strategic Partnerships, Client Success, and Marketing teams on project delivery. 

Skills & Competencies the Intern Will Acquire 

By the end of the internship, the intern is expected to develop: 

1. Stakeholder Management & Professional Communication 
   Experience communicating with universities, partners, and internal teams across different countries and cultures. 
2. Project Coordination Skills 
   Ability to manage multiple tasks, track deliverables, and support international projects from planning through execution. 
3. CRM & Data Management 
   Practical experience maintaining CRM systems, managing outreach pipelines, and producing project reports. 
4. Relationship-Building & Outreach Techniques 
   Understanding of how organizations engage institutions, develop partnerships, and influence recognition outcomes. 
5. Knowledge of International Higher Education & Admissions 
   Insight into qualification recognition, English language testing, student recruitment, and the higher education sector globally. [Business C...Specialist | Word] 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Interest in international education, partnerships, or business development. 
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. 
• Comfortable working with Excel, CRM systems, and online research tools. 
• Eager to learn and collaborate in an international environment. 

• Monthly allowance of EUR 600
• Experience working with leading global education organizations and universities. 
• Exposure to international partnership management and stakeholder engagement. 
• Training in outreach, client communication, and project coordination. 
• Practical experience with CRM tools, reporting, and data analysis.
