The Job

Als stagiaire Legal & Compliance ondersteun je ons Legal & Compliance team bij een breed scala aan juridische, compliance- en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je helpt bij het beheren van contracten, het up-to-date houden van juridische dossiers en ondersteunt bij corporate housekeeping en geheimhoudingsovereenkomsten (NDA’s).

Daarnaast ondersteun je compliance- en due diligence-screenings, behandel je KYC-verzoeken en draag je bij aan privacygerelateerde activiteiten, waaronder het onderhouden van het Data Processing Register. Ook help je bij het verbeteren van juridische templates en standaarddocumentatie.

Deze functie biedt je een waardevol kijkje achter de schermen van een interne juridische afdeling. Je krijgt de kans om initiatief te nemen, zelfstandig te werken en praktijkervaring op te doen binnen een internationale werkomgeving.

Wij zijn bij voorkeur op zoek naar iemand die zo snel mogelijk kan starten.

Your Mission

• Ondersteunen van de juridische afdeling bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden;
• Helpen bij het beheren van contracten en het actueel houden van juridische dossiers;
• Ondersteunen bij corporate housekeeping en NDA’s;
• Inzicht krijgen in de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van een juridische afdeling;
• Uitvoeren van compliance- en due diligence-screenings;
• Verbeteren van templates en standaarddocumentatie;
• Ondersteunen bij het Data Processing Register en privacygerelateerde werkzaamheden.

Your Talent

• Je volgt momenteel een universitaire (WO) opleiding Rechten;
• Je bent beschikbaar voor 24 tot 40 uur per week;
• Je bent minimaal 4 maanden beschikbaar, bij voorkeur 6 maanden;
• Je hebt kennis van en interesse in AI (Artificial Intelligence);
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is vereist, daarnaast beheers je ook de Engelse taal goed;
• Je bent een aanpakker met oog voor detail en een nauwkeurige werkwijze;
• Je leert snel en bent eager om jezelf te ontwikkelen;
• Je neemt initiatief, werkt proactief en hebt een positieve instelling;
• Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
• Je werkt gestructureerd en georganiseerd.
  

Deze stageplek is gevestigd in Den Bosch, Nederland. Werken op afstand vanuit andere landen is niet mogelijk.
