Where you come in

As a member of the IT Support team you will automate provisioning of Apple devices. Additionally, you will be on call with internal clients for direct support. Typically, your work will consist of:

Strong customer service oriented mindset: you enjoy helping people and take pride in their satisfaction.
Deploying Macs, iPhones, and iPads using Apple Business Manager and Zero-touch deployment with Mobile Device Management.
Placing hardware orders and maintaining the hardware inventory and asset management records.
Coordinate hardware repairs with Apple authorized service providers.
Troubleshoot Meeting Room Platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms) and performing regular room checks, particularly before important meetings and events.
Supporting network printers and multifunction devices, including drivers and print queues.
Helpdesk Ticket Assignment and resolving common issues on first contact: password resets, account lockouts, email, VPN, printing, network access, and software problems.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Second-Level Support.

Job Requirements

MBO - HBO or equivalent formal training in Computer Science/Engineering
2+ years' work experience in an IT supporting technical field
Excellent interpersonal skills
Analytical and geared to problem solving
Service mentality towards clients
Experience with managing a fleet of Apple devices
Excellent command of the English language, verbal & written
