Your role:

• Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and monitor performance measurement systems for contact centers, utilizing predictive models to forecast performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with contact center teams to co-monitor and continuously improve performance, conducting regular reviews, updates, and optimizations to ensure ongoing accuracy, relevance, and business impact with minimal supervision.
• Oversee end-to-end management of symptom codes, from request through implementation, ensuring accurate system integration.
• Drive development of automation and validation of symptom code management tools
• Develop, document, and communicate comprehensive methodologies, processes to support validation of symptom code management tool, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting transparency, and effective cross-functional knowledge sharing and collaboration.

You're the right fit if:
1. Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Data Analytics, Data Modeling
3. Process expertise and experience in symptom code management and quality supervision of contact centers.
