Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting
⢠Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
⢠Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
⢠Manage the general ledger and chart of accounts.
⢠Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and ledgers.
Revenue and Cost Management
⢠Monitor daily sales and revenue reports.
⢠Reconcile room revenue, restaurant sales, and other income streams.
⢠Track operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
⢠Monitor inventory-related financial transactions. Accounts Payable and Receivable
⢠Process vendor payments and staff reimbursements.
⢠Manage customer and corporate account receivables.
⢠Follow up on outstanding payments and invoices.
Budgeting and Financial Analysis
⢠Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
⢠Conduct variance analysis and prepare management reports.
⢠Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
Compliance and Tax Administration
⢠Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
⢠Prepare and file statutory deductions and tax returns.
⢠Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
Cash Management
⢠Monitor cash flow and liquidity requirements.
⢠Prepare cash flow forecasts.
⢠Ensure proper management of petty cash and cash collections.
Internal Controls
⢠Implement and maintain financial control systems.
⢠Safeguard company assets and financial information.
⢠Support internal and external audit processes.
