• Responsible for Debit Credit entries in Tally/ERP


• Stock Accounting.Payroll accounting


• Invoicing


• Accounts Receivables and Payables (AP/AR)


• Arranging for customer receipt receipts and payments on time


• Vendor Payments


• Knowledge of accounts and periodic returns/reports


• Maintaining accounting books, vouchers, etc as per legal requirement


• Payroll accounting in tandem with HR


• Moveable and fixed asset register


• Coordination with the internal auditor


• Reporting and MIS


• Cash Management


• Banking activities and liaison with banks


• Reconciliation of accounts with banks


• Other work assigned by HOD


• Must have good knowledge of Excel for preparing MIS/Statements
