AI-Native Data Analytics Associate

Summary

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the company’s AI stack, including setup and maintenance of OpenClaw, Nanoclaw, Hermes (NousResearch), and related tools.
  
• Integrate AI systems with existing data sources and operational workflows to enable real-time analytics and automation.
  
• Develop and train autonomous agents to perform recurring analytics tasks, including report generation, dashboard creation, project monitoring, and portfolio tracking.
  
• Build reusable templates, prompts, workflows, and artifacts that allow non-technical team members to conduct advanced AI-powered analyses independently.
  
• Create comprehensive documentation, including internal guides, SOPs, and architecture diagrams, to ensure clarity and sustainability.
  
• Translate internal AI learnings into external educational content: publish weekly blog posts or videos on AI applications in business analytics, reporting, dashboards, and M&E.
  
• Serve as the in-house AI trainer, designing and delivering client workshops on using Claude, OpenAI, MCPs, and autonomous agents in data workflows.
  
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging AI capabilities (e.g., Claude University content, new MCPs) and operationalize them into practical, high-impact use cases.
