Analyst - Financial Reporting & Finance Operations

• Preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and regulatory guidelines as
  may be required.
  
• Maintaining robust financial controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency
  of financial data.
  
• Coordinating external audit engagements, including preparation of audit schedules and
  responses to auditor queries.
  
• Assessing and implementing the impact of new and revised accounting standards on the
  Bank’s reporting and disclosures.
  
• Assessing the impact of fair value movements on the Bank’s books and ensuring accurate
  recognition and disclosure in the financial statements.  
  
• Managing the daily financial activities and transaction processing on Finacle.
  
• Oversees product setup and general ledger maintenance in alignment with business unit
  requirements and CFO directives.
  
• Ensures compliance with internal controls, finance policies, and regulatory requirements
  across all operational finance processes.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  
• 4 - 5 years’ experience in financial reporting, accounting, or financial analysis
  
• Proven experience preparing financial reports and management reports.
  
• Strong reconciliation skills with the ability to investigate and resolve financial variances.
  
• Experience supporting month-end reporting and financial close processes.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial analysis and reporting functions.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  
• Excellent oral and communication skills.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
