Job Description - Baker

As a baker, you will be responsible for the following:

- Make sure the bakery is up and running with the necessary ingredients.

- Slice and package bread.

- Responsible for a clean and healthy working environment.

- Responsible for production reports on daily count, sliced and un-sliced bread.

- And other duties as assigned by the bakery supervisor.

Requirements

- A minimum of SSCE or its equivalent.

- At least one year of baking experience in a commercial setting.

- Good knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and hygiene standards.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
