Board Games Instructor

Job Summary
Dinamico Consulting is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Board Games Instructors to support the delivery of our Board Games as a Service (BGaaS) programmes in schools and other learning environments. The successful candidates will facilitate engaging lessons and activities in games such as Chess, Scrabble, Monopoly, and other board games, helping learners develop strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, concentration, and teamwork skills. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience who have a passion for working with young people and learning through games.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver engaging board games lessons to learners in schools and other approved learning environments.

- Teach learners the rules, strategies, and techniques of assigned board games.
Facilitate practical games, exercises, challenges, and learning activities.

- Support learners at different skill levels and encourage continuous improvement.

- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

- Monitor learners' participation, progress, and development.

- Organize and support internal competitions, tournaments, and board games events.

- Encourage learners to develop strategic thinking, problem-solving, concentration, and decision-making skills.

- Ensure board games equipment is properly handled, stored, and maintained.

- Prepare adequately for each coaching session.

- Complete required lesson records and coaching reports.

- Communicate relevant learner progress and observations to the programme coordinator.

- Work collaboratively with school representatives and other Dinamico Consulting instructors.

- Represent Dinamico Consulting professionally when working with partner schools.

- Participate in instructor training and professional development activities.

- Perform other programme-related duties as assigned.
