JOB TITLE: Brand Marketer

LOCATION: Lagos

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00-7:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and results-driven Brand Marketer to promote our brand, increase product awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and contributing to the achievement of the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
  
  


• Create brand awareness through direct marketing, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement.
  
  


• Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales.
  
  


• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  
  


• Engage prospective customers professionally and communicate the value of the company’s offerings.
  
  


• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
  
  


• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  
  


• Provide accurate information about products and services and respond to customer enquiries.
  
  


• Monitor competitors and provide feedback on market activities.
  
  


• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and promotional activities.
  
  


• Represent the company professionally at marketing events, activations, and other promotional locations.
  
  


• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to implement marketing strategies.
  
  

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of an SSCE qualification; an OND, HND, or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
  
  


• Experience: Minimum of one year
  
  


• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  
  


• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.
  
  


• Confidence in approaching and engaging prospective customers.
  
  


• A target-driven mindset and the ability to work towards sales goals.
  
  


• Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  


• Willingness to work at designated promotional locations in Lagos.
  
  


• Basic computer skills and the ability to prepare simple sales reports.
