The key purpose of the Process Artisan is to optimize processes on the brewing line.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining, repairing and optimizing plant equipment and associated devices

• Operating and monitoring equipment when required

• Optimizing plant performance in terms of productivity, quality, delivery, cost and safety

• Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment

• Applying the Manufacturing Way Principles and Practices

• Applying problem solving processes

Key Attributes and Competencies:

• Ability to communicate well

• Must be a team player

• Ability to adhere to instructions, work in shifts with minimum supervision and action oriented

• Sober mind, self-starter, physically fit and honest

Minimum Requirements:

• B.sc / Advanced Certificate in Electrical Engineering

• 2 years working experience in Manufacturing
