Job Summary: The Company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
The Idea candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, operations, and IT to identify business requirements, analyze processes, recommend improvements, and support the delivery of projects that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend practical solutions.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), and user stories.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Support system implementation, integration, and change initiatives.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and business process documentation.
Ensure solutions comply with the bank's internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in training users and supporting post-implementation activities.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
3â5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a technology company, fintech, bank, or financial services organization.
Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and supporting project delivery.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; experience with SQL, Power BI, Jira, or Confluence is an added advantage.
Good understanding of banking products, operations, and regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Professional certifications such as CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL are an added advantage.
