Business Growth & Execution Lead

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and execution-focused Business Growth & Execution Lead to spearhead revenue generation, business development, and sales execution across multiple business units.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving consistent revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to conversion and account development. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, identifies new business opportunities, builds strategic partnerships, and ensures that sales targets are consistently achieved.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with exceptional execution skills and has a proven ability to convert opportunities into measurable business results.







Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Sales Execution



  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across all business units.

  • Drive daily revenue generation initiatives to increase sales performance and profitability.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that improve customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where targets are not being met.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities across existing and emerging markets.

Business Development



  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, and private sectors.

  • Build strategic partnerships that generate sustainable revenue.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and prospective clients.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and successfully close high-value deals.

Lead & Pipeline Management



  • Manage all inbound and outbound sales leads to ensure timely follow-up and zero lead leakage.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

  • Track conversion rates and continuously optimize the sales process.

  • Ensure prospects progress efficiently through the sales funnel.

Client Relationship Management



  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the company's service offerings.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Performance Management & Reporting





  • Monitor key sales and business development metrics, including:



    • Revenue performance

    • Lead conversion rates

    • Sales pipeline health

    • Client acquisition

    • Customer retention


  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for Executive Management.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business decisions.






Requirements


Education



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related discipline.

  • Professional sales or business development certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience



  • Minimum of 3–7 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Revenue Growth, or Commercial Management.

  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Experience selling services, projects, or B2B solutions is highly desirable.

  • Experience developing partnerships and managing key client relationships.
