Summary:

The Campaign Associate plays a vital role in driving the success of Jobberman’s marketing initiatives by supporting the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns across programs, events, and product lines. This dynamic role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and campaign innovation. The associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives. By managing leads, coordinating activations, and delivering data-driven insights, the Campaign Associate contributes directly to enhancing engagement, lead generation, and overall campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, landing pages, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
Support the development of campaign briefs and ensure timely coordination with internal stakeholders.
Help set up and manage campaign assets and workflows across digital channels.
Track, document, and manage leads from campaigns, including uploading, segmenting, and updating records in the CRM.
Collaborate with content and design teams to gather and prepare campaign materials such as copy, visuals, testimonials, and success stories.
Support on-ground campaign activations, including bootcamps, employer events, and career fairs.
Assist in compiling weekly and monthly campaign performance reports and tracking key metrics like impressions, leads, sign-ups, conversions, and CAC.
Attend marketing team meetings, take action notes, and support follow-ups, vendor coordination, and task tracking as needed.
