Our client is a growing automotive service and repair company focused on delivering quality vehicle maintenance solutions. They are seeking a results-driven Commercial Workshop Manager to drive revenue growth, build fleet partnerships, and oversee efficient workshop operations.
Revenue & Commercial Focus (60%):
Drive weekly car intake to achieve gross margin targets
Acquire fleet and corporate accounts (ride-hailing, logistics, taxi, and corporate clients)
Increase average ticket via upselling services and premium offerings
Enforce pricing discipline and high-margin jobs
Operations & Execution (40%):
Supervise the shop floor via the Operations & Parts Supervisor
Track technician productivity and enforce accountability (target 90â95%)
Ensure quality control and minimize comeback rates (<5%)
Manage parts and inventory, monitor turnaround times
Familiarity with the Nigerian automotive landscape
CRM experience
