Role Summary: The Computer Literacy Officer supports basic computer skills training and digital literacy to improve staff and beneficiary capacity in using ICT tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering basic computer literacy trainings (MS Office, internet, email)

• Support learners with hands-on practice and troubleshooting

• Prepare training materials, guides, and attendance records

• Maintain training equipment and ensure proper lab setup
• Track learner progress and provide basic reports
