Summary

This position seeks a qualified individual to deliver comprehensive training in information technology and computer science. The role is essential for bridging the digital skills gap by educating learners of all proficiency levels, from novices to advanced users. The successful candidate will serve as a vital instructor, fostering a supportive learning environment that empowers students to master essential digital tools and concepts.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging instruction to students ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Design and implement structured lesson plans, hands-on exercises, and relevant training resources.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, effectively.
Guide learners in mastering internet navigation, email protocols, file organization, and fundamental computer operations.
Demonstrate strong verbal communication and presentation abilities to facilitate clear knowledge transfer.
Incorporate knowledge of graphics design, web development, or programming where applicable to enhance the curriculum.

Requirements

Hold a minimum of HND, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Possess a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and standard computer functionalities.
Demonstrate proven experience or capability in teaching technical subjects to diverse audiences.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
Show proficiency in creating educational materials and practical training exercises.
Possess additional expertise in areas such as graphic design, web design, or software programming is highly beneficial.
