Job Description - Computer Training Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Computer Skills Training Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality computer training programs. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology and helping others develop digital skills. The successful candidate will assist trainers, support learners, prepare training materials, and ensure a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist trainers in delivering computer skills training sessions.

Set up and maintain computers, software, and training equipment before and after classes.

Provide basic technical support to trainees during practical sessions.

Help prepare, organize, and distribute training materials and learning resources.

Monitor trainee attendance and maintain accurate training records.

Support learners in completing practical exercises and assignments.

Assist with scheduling training sessions and communicating with participants.

Stay updated on current computer applications and digital technologies relevant to training programs.

Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the training team.
