Content and Strategic Communications Officer

The Content and Strategic Communications Officer will support the development and implementation of MYIT Consult Ltd’s internal and external communications. The role will help communicate the organisation’s projects, achievements, expertise and social-impact work through compelling written, visual and digital content.
The successful candidate will support website and social-media management, documentation of project activities, content development, stakeholder communications and the consistent application of the organisation’s brand.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop clear and engaging content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, the company website and other communication channels.
• Prepare social-media posts, captions, articles, newsletters, press releases, success stories and organisational updates.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with company activities, projects and strategic priorities.
• Document trainings, field activities, stakeholder engagements, research assignments and organisational events.
• Support the production of photographs, short videos, graphics, infographics and other multimedia content.
• Work with technical teams to translate complex research and programme information into accessible public-facing content.
• Ensure that all communications reflect MYIT Consult Ltd’s brand, values and professional standards.
• Monitor social-media engagement and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Update organisational profiles, brochures, capability statements, staff biographies and promotional materials.
• Proofread and edit external communications before publication.
• Maintain an organised digital archive of photographs, videos, publications and communication materials.
• Support media engagement, event publicity and communication campaigns.
• Monitor relevant development, humanitarian, governance and consulting-sector trends.
• Perform other communication and visibility responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
