Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to serve as the primary storyteller for Crosstie's digital ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will craft compelling narratives across written, visual, and video formats to elevate our brand presence on key digital channels. You will be responsible for driving audience engagement, fostering community growth, and aligning content initiatives with broader business objectives such as lead generation and brand visibility. This position demands a strategic thinker who can blend artistic flair with data-driven insights to create high-impact campaigns that resonate with our professional audience.

Responsibilities

Conceive and produce diverse content assets, including scripts, captions, and creative concepts, that authentically convey the Crosstie brand voice across all digital platforms.
Design and execute a cohesive content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other relevant networks, ensuring platform-specific optimization to maximize reach and engagement.
Leverage design tools like Canva to create professional-grade graphics, presentation decks, and digital assets, collaborating closely with Media and People Development teams for campaigns and training programs.
Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends and audience sentiment to fuel innovative content strategies that support business growth and market positioning.
Manage the end-to-end creation of short-form video content, reels, and photography for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Actively monitor and interact with our online communities, responding to inquiries and comments with professionalism to cultivate strong brand loyalty and trust.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, and audience growth, utilizing these insights to refine strategies and optimize conversion opportunities.
