About the Role
Renmoney is looking for a creative and highly skilled Content Manager who can craft compelling stories, develop strong campaign ideas, and produce high-quality content across multiple channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing, ideating, and collaborating to bring ideas to life. You will help shape how millions of Nigerians experience the Renmoney brand through clear, engaging, and customer-focused communication.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Storytelling
Write clear, engaging content for campaigns, social media, ads, website, scripts, and lifecycle communication.
Convert financial and product information into simple, relatable, human stories.
Generate fresh, creative campaign ideas that resonate with Nigerian audiences.
Cross-Channel Content Execution
Create and adapt content across digital platforms including social media, emails, push notifications, and web pages.
Support performance marketing with strong, conversion-focused copy.
Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice.
Brand & Product Messaging
Translate product features across loans, savings, cards, and SME tools into compelling user benefits.
Work with Brand, Growth, and Design teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Strengthen Renmoney’s voice as a modern, customer-centric fintech brand.
Content Operations & Collaboration
Manage and maintain a content calendar.
Provide clear briefs to designers and videographers.
Review major content assets to ensure quality and alignment.
Collaborate with influencers, UGC creators, and agencies when necessary.
Insights, Research & AI Tools
Use AI tools to speed up ideation, drafting, and optimisation.
Track content performance and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on cultural, fintech, and industry trends to inform content decisions.
Requirements
What You Bring
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in content writing, copywriting, or marketing communications.
Strong storytelling and campaign ideation skills.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading ability.
Experience creating content for digital channels.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity.
Experience in fintech, banking, or consumer brands is an advantage.
