Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing contracts, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and project budgets. Review tender documents and prepare bid submissions. Draft, review, and administer contracts. Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms. Evaluate project costs and recommend cost-saving measures. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pricing schedules. Manage contract variations, claims, and change orders. Liaise with clients, vendors, and project teams on commercial matters. Maintain contract records and project cost reports. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3–5 years' experience in contract management and cost estimation. Knowledge of procurement, tendering, and contract administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost estimation software. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
