We are seeking an experienced, highly strategic, and
results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide operational leadership
across a growing portfolio of businesses spanning Recruitment & Staffing and
Travel Services.

Key Responsibilities:

and implement systems, processes and structures that improve efficiency and
profitability.

·         Translate
the Founder’s strategic vision into clear operational plans and measurable
actions.

·         Monitor
performance across business units and ensure targets are achieved.

·         Identify
operational gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

·         Establish
accountability across teams and ensure responsibilities are clearly defined.

·         Ensure that business activities
are executed to the required standard and within agreed timelines.
