Job Description - Corporate Sales Lead

Our client is the foremost luxury goods company in Nigeria with a diversified portfolio that consists of over 13 of the world's most prestigious luxury brands. They are looking to fill the role of a CORPORATE SALES LEAD

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

- Meeting planned sales goals.

- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

- focus on sales of luxury goods to banks, oil and gas, multinationals and other corporate firms, managing tenders and bulk gifting and proposals.

- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

- Promoting the organization and products.

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;

- Have experience in sales of luxury goods to banks, oil and gas, multinationals and other corporate firms, managing tenders and bulk gifting and proposals.

- Minimum of 8 years progressive and proven experience within luxury, beauty, fashion and retail verticals with international exposure.

- On top of fashion trends, new designers, products etc.

- Has demonstrable business acumen and a high level of analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Positive interpersonal skills.

- Professional Certifications would be an added advantage.
