Our client is seeking to hire a results-driven Digital Marketer to lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in performance marketing, content strategy, and analytics, preferably within fintech, insurance, or tech-driven environments.
Job Responsibilities:
Track, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google, social media, email, and display ads).
Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads) to optimize ROI and customer acquisition.
Create and implement content strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion rate improvement.
Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
4+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in fintech/insurtech).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns.
Experience with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
