Job Description

Role Summary: The Digital Marketing & Business Development Officer executes online and offline marketing strategies to amplify brand visibility, showcase property listings, and support client acquisition for AMICS Properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand reach and showcase real estate offerings

Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content tailored to property buyers and investors across corporate channels

Support the business development team in identifying prospective real estate clients, lead generation, and outreach opportunities

Monitor online brand presence, maintain property listing updates, and assist with targeted email marketing initiatives

Coordinate offline marketing collateral, support open house events, and manage promotional property activations

Track campaign performance metrics, track lead conversions, and compile weekly activity reports
