Driver (Logistic)

We are looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods, ensuring accurate deliveries, maintaining the assigned vehicle, and providing excellent customer service while complying with all road safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods according to assigned routes and schedules.
  
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
  
• Verify goods against delivery documents before loading and unloading.
  
• Secure cargo to prevent damage during transit.
  
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report faults or maintenance needs promptly.
  
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.
  
• Comply with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  
• Obtain proof of delivery and maintain accurate delivery records.
  
• Use GPS and route navigation tools effectively.
  
• Communicate delivery updates and any delays to the Operations team.
  
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
  
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
  
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
  
• 2–5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or courier services.
  
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance.
  
• Ability to read delivery notes and complete basic documentation.
  
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and mobile applications.
