Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the establishment and ongoing oversight of both temporary and permanent learning facilities.
  
• Coordinate the delivery of teaching and learning materials to schools and individual students.
  
• Monitor and document critical data points regarding student enrollment, attendance rates, and retention figures.
  
• Help organize capacity-building workshops for educators and members of School-Based Management Committees.
  
• Lead community outreach efforts to highlight the value of education, with a specific focus on reaching children not currently in school.
  
• Conduct field visits to learning sites to assess conditions and document observations.
  
• Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive program reports and data sets required for donor reporting and sector coordination.
