Summary

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure fiber internet services alongside necessary network hardware.
  
• Execute the full spectrum of fiber cabling tasks, including laying, splicing, terminating, and validating connections.
  
• Diagnose and rectify network disruptions and connectivity challenges promptly.
  
• Perform scheduled maintenance checks and inspections on network assets to ensure reliability.
  
• Address and resolve technical incidents and service inquiries reported by clients.
  
• Set up and manage customer premises equipment such as ONTs, routers, and OLTs.
  
• Track network efficiency metrics to detect and prevent potential system failures.
  
• Evaluate potential installation sites through on-site surveys to plan new deployments.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all technical operations, including installations, repairs, and inventory usage.
  
• Refer intricate technical problems to specialized teams for advanced resolution.
  
• Guarantee that all field operations strictly adhere to safety protocols and organizational guidelines.
