Finance Manager

• Develop and manage the company's financial plans and budgets. 
  
• Conduct regular financial analysis to assess the company's performance and identify areas for improvement. 
  
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the management team and board of directors. 
  
• Manage the company's cash flow to ensure that there is enough cash on hand to meet the company's financial obligations and fund growth initiatives. 
  
• Carry out tax governance, compliance monitoring, tax planning and reporting in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations. 
  
• Manage the company’s external auditors for effective statutory audits.
  
• Respond to auditors’ queries promptly and accurately to ensure the successful completion of audit within the agreed timelines. 
  
• Plays a critical role in supporting the implementation of various financial information systems.
  
• Review and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 
  
• Identify and manage financial risks, such as currency exchange rate risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk.
  
• Manage the company's accounting and bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
  
• Manage investor relations, including preparing investor reports and responding to investor enquiries.
  
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a management role
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Detail -oriented with strong organisational skills
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
