Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is a key executive leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of OurPass MFB. This position reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with other senior executives.

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee the company's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision -making processes, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
  
• Oversee accounting, treasury, and tax functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  
• Manage debt financing activities, including sourcing debt capital, negotiating loan agreements, and maintaining relationships with lenders.
  
• Lead due diligence processes and integration efforts.
  
• Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  
• Evaluate and recommend debt structuring strategies to optimize the company's capital structure and minimize financing costs.
  
• Monitor debt covenants and compliance requirements, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to contractual obligations.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management and department heads, to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
  
• Lead the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with department heads to develop and review budgets and forecasts.
  
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and the board of directors, highlighting key performance metrics and variances.
  
• Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field MBA: or advanced degree preferred.
  

• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus.
  

• 7+ years proven experience as a Fiancial controller or in a senior finance leadership role.
  

• Deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and corporate finance.
  

• Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making skills.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  

• Experience in the Banking Industry.
