Job Summary

We are seeking a results -driven and highly motivated Growth Associate to join our client's team. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands -on execution ability across sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective growth strategies
  
• Drive revenue growth through performance monitoring, tracking key metrics, and optimising KPIs
  
• Implement and execute sales strategies, including direct involvement in sales activities
  
• Support lead generation initiatives and conversion optimization efforts
  
• Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance to inform decision -making
  
• Maintain and manage CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance
  
• Prepare periodic reports on growth metrics, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness
  
• Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative approaches to scale growth
