Job Description - Hostess

We're looking for a friendly and organized Hostess to welcome guests, manage seating, and provide excellent customer service in our restaurant.

Responsibilities
- BSc/HND in any related field
- Greet guests and manage seating arrangements
- Coordinate with servers and staff
- Maintain waitlists and communicate with guests
- Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
