We are seeking a human resources manager to oversee all HR functions at our mining site/lithium processing factory. The successful candidate will support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, and compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR administration.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Support employee welfare, training, and talent development initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and workforce analytics.
Partner with site leadership to drive productivity and a positive work environment.
Manage relationships with employees, contractors, unions, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or industrial environments.
Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
