Job Description - HR




We are seeking a human resources manager to oversee all HR functions at our mining site/lithium processing factory. The successful candidate will support workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training and development, and compliance with company policies and Nigerian labor laws.







Responsibilities:



  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.

  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.

  • Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR administration.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Support employee welfare, training, and talent development initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and workforce analytics.

  • Partner with site leadership to drive productivity and a positive work environment.

  • Manage relationships with employees, contractors, unions, and external stakeholders.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or industrial environments.

  • Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.







Location: Nasarawa, and Kebbi state

Remuneration: NGN 500,000 Monthly
