HR Associate

We are seeking an HR Associate to support day -to -day HR operations, recruitment, and overall HR administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR processes while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end -to -end recruitment process from role briefing to onboarding.
  
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  
• Support day -to -day HR operations and administrative activities.
  
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance management processes while ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
  
• Prepare employment contracts, and other HR documentation
  
• Assist with payroll inputs, maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  
• Carry out other HR and recruitment -related duties assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment and HR.
  
• Previous experience in a BPO, HR consulting, recruitment or outsourcing company is preferred.
  
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to multitask, work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast -paced remote environment.
