Job Description - HRM




We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration for a diverse healthcare workforce.







Responsibilities:



  • Recruiting and staffing

  • Performance management and improvement tracking systems

  • Employee orientation and onboarding systems

  • Staff training and development

  • Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping

  • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system

  • Participates in the development of departmental goals, objectives, and systems

  • Staff grievance and complaints management

  • Administration of sanctions and discipline






Requirements



  • Minimum of 3 years' solid experience in core HR functions, with proven experience managing a diverse workforce of multi-skilled professionals. 

  • HND or Bachelor's degree in any Social Science discipline.

  • Experience in the service industry or healthcare sector.

  • Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

  • Experience overseeing administrative functions and managing outsourced staff.

  • Knowledge of employment and Labour Laws

  • Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills

  • Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality






Benefits



Monthly Remuneration: 400,000 - 500,000 net



Other Benefits: Pension
