Job Description - Human Resource Officer

- Support staff

- Look at staff team roles and their workload, and recommend ways to help people work better.
Audit operations

- Review farm and distribution workflows to spot inefficiencies and waste.

- Track Key performance Indices

- Set up simple metrics and report on them regularly.

- Reduce losses

- Put basic checks in place to catch waste, theft, or leakage early.

- Roll out changes

- Help implement improvements and hand off clear, simple processes the team can follow.
