Job Description: ICT Training & Digital Operations Assistant

Summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and provide logistical support during ICT training sessions to ensure seamless delivery.
  
• Manage the enrollment process for learners and maintain accurate digital documentation and records.
  
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on training computers and associated hardware to ensure optimal functionality.
  
• Coordinate and assist with various digital and online operational activities.
  
• Develop and prepare comprehensive training materials and resources for educational use.
  
• Offer immediate technical assistance to both trainers and learners to resolve hardware or software issues.
  
• Contribute to the drafting and preparation of basic operational reports and administrative documentation.
  

• Demonstrated ability to support technical training environments and manage digital workflows.
  
• Proficiency in maintaining computer systems and troubleshooting common technical issues.
  
• Strong organizational skills for managing learner registration and digital record-keeping.
  
• Experience in preparing educational materials and assisting with documentation tasks.
  
• Capability to provide effective support to diverse groups of learners and staff.
  
• Competence in generating basic reports and handling administrative duties related to technology operations.
