Summary

This entry-level position is designed for a motivated individual with 0 to 2 years of experience to oversee daily warehouse operations. The primary objective is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of stock records while facilitating smooth logistical workflows. The role is critical in maintaining optimal inventory levels, preventing stock discrepancies, and supporting the broader supply chain through precise monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities

Continuously track stock quantities and monitor the flow of goods in and out of the facility.
Manage the intake process by receiving shipments, inspecting items for quality and accuracy, and logging all incoming data.
Keep precise and up-to-date documentation of all inventory transactions.
Perform regular physical stock counts and participate in scheduled audits to verify record accuracy.
Generate and distribute detailed reports regarding inventory status and movement.
Collaborate with relevant teams to initiate timely stock replenishment orders.
Detect any variances between physical stock and system records, taking immediate action to resolve discrepancies.
Adhere to all safety protocols regarding the proper storage and handling of materials.
