I.T Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily technical assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  
• Install, configure, and upkeep essential IT devices, including computers and printers.
  
• Administer user profiles, email platforms, and system access controls.
  
• Execute routine data backup procedures and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect information.
  
• Oversee IT asset inventory, software licensing, and manage relationships with external vendors and service partners.
  
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of databases, corporate websites, and various digital applications.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in providing technical support and managing IT systems.
  
• Strong proficiency in installing and maintaining computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage user accounts and access permissions securely.
  
• Knowledge of data backup strategies and cybersecurity best practices.
  
• Experience with inventory management and coordinating with third-party service providers.
  
• Skills in database maintenance and website management.
