Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Member accounts
  

• Build long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better Member experience
  

• Provide support to Members by learning about and satisfying their needs
  

• Research, analyze, and interpret data from various sources
  

• Make cold calls or reach out to Members
  

• Stay current on company offerings and industry trends
  

• Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective Members
  

• Compile and analyze data to find trends
  

• Convert analysis into business insights
  

• Support the development of sales strategies
  

• Handle Member complaints
  

• Generate sales leads to drive positive company sales results through cross-selling and upselling
  

• Meet individual and Team sales targets
  
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Must speak Hausa fluently and conversantly
  

• Minimum degree acquired from a reputable university
  

• Relevant years of experience in Account Manager jobs in Service or FMCG/Telecom/Insurance/Renewable Energy Industry is preferred however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  

• The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities

Key Requirements

• Must speak Hausa fluently and conversantly
  
• Must be available to start work no later than 26th February 2024
  
• Must be based in Yaba, Lagos or surrounding areas.
