Licensing

• Review license applications and supporting documentation.
  


• Conduct due diligence and compliance assessments.
  


• Prepare licensing recommendations and reports.
  


• Monitor license compliance with license conditions.
  


• Maintain licensing databases and records.
  


• Support license renewals, amendments, and revocations.
  


• Participate in policy and regulatory framework development.
  


• Liaise with market participants and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• LL.B and Call to the Nigerian Bar.
  


• Minimum 6–8 years' experience in licensing, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
  


• Strong legal drafting and regulatory interpretation skills.
  


• Experience within utilities, power, or public regulatory institutions preferred.
