Summary

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor evaluation frameworks and data collection systems to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Organize and lead training workshops and capacity-building sessions aimed at strengthening the analytical and reporting skills of project teams.
  
• Conduct regular field visits and site audits to verify program implementation, assess operational efficiency, and validate the accuracy of monitoring data.
  
• Collaborate with community partners, regulatory bodies, and internal departments to identify performance gaps and develop targeted improvement strategies.
  
• Manage project logistics, maintain comprehensive records for monitoring activities, and contribute to budget planning and financial reporting processes.
