The ideal candidate will take ownership of our digital marketing strategy, content marketing, advertising campaigns, market research, and customer acquisition efforts while positioning the company as a leading luxury travel brand. Working closely with the leadership team, the successful candidate will identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing performance, and deliver measurable business results through innovative, data-driven strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3â5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or social media marketing.
Proven experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is mandatory.
Demonstrated experience planning, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other digital marketing and content creation tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation strategies, SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
Highly creative with the ability to develop engaging content, compelling campaigns, and innovative marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition.
Experience creating video and visual content for digital platforms will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while taking full ownership of marketing and growth initiatives.
