Job Description - Marketing Manager

Summary:

This pivotal role is dedicated to driving business growth by spearheading lead generation initiatives and overseeing the performance of the marketing department. The successful candidate will serve as the strategic leader for marketing operations across two distinct subsidiaries, DFK Academy Limited and DFK OptiServe Limited. A primary focus of this position is ensuring that the team operates at peak efficiency while consistently achieving monthly revenue targets for both business units.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to identify new prospects and generate high-quality leads for the organization.
  • Provide strategic direction and daily oversight to the marketing team, fostering a culture of productivity and accountability.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing activities specifically tailored to the needs of DFK Academy Limited and DFK OptiServe Limited.
  • Monitor financial performance closely to ensure that both subsidiaries meet their designated monthly revenue goals.
  • Align marketing efforts with the broader corporate objectives to maximize market penetration and sales conversion.
